Dear Sewing and Quilting Friends,

I hope that everyone had a wonderful Christmas and Happy New Year and that you got to spend time with family and loved ones. I would like to thank all of my wonderful customers that have helped keep our doors open during these hard times. We really appreciate you! Let’s make 2012 a great year for sewing.

We are so excited to have Kari Mecca coming to teach for us on Friday, March 16th 10:00—4:00 p.m.. She is the author of Sewing with Whimsy and More Sewing with Whimsy. She will be teaching her Candied Kisses dress from the More Sewing with Whimsy. The child’s dress features an easy scalloped yoke with scalloped hem and flower trims, using her small set of Whimsy Sticks. Sign up early as I’m sure this class will fill fast.

In Feb., we are also starting another beautiful embroidery block quilt, “Tuscan Gardens” which is a BERNINA exclusive.
