CLASS POLICY
Registration and Payment:
Payment in full is required at the time of registration. You may register and pay: In person , in the store, by mail with a check, or by phone with a credit card.
Cancellation:
We reserve the right to cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment. Please register early so we will know if a class is going to make. If we cancel a class you will receive a full refund or you may transfer the class fee to another class. If you must cancel we must receive a one week
notice for local teachers and 2 week notice for a national teacher to receive a refund. Please understand that this cancellation policy is mandatory. We promise our teacher a certain number and I have to pay them that whether you show up or not. If you would like to use one of our classroom machines, please let us know in advance.
